Accommodation rules
The landlord can accommodate a guest who is provided with a valid ID card, passport or other identity card.
Accommodation is possible in the range 15-17 hours, another time must be arranged in advance with the accommodation provider.
The guest enjoys a room for the period of time agreed with the accommodation provider. If the accommodation is not known for the accommodation, the guest will announce the end of the stay at least 1 day in advance and arrange the transfer, incl. payment with the landlord.
The guest will terminate the stay the next day before 10 am. If the room is not cleared by this time, the accommodation can be booked for the next day.
If a guest asks for an extension of his / her stay, he / she may be offered a different room than the one in which he / she was originally accommodated.
The guest has the right to use the room facilities with accessories, common areas, kitchenette and other accommodation services.
In the summer you can use the garden and the grill. The rooms can not be moved furniture, interventions in electrical or any other installation.
The rooms are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances, except for personal hygiene appliances, PCs and mobile devices.
The guest is obliged to turn off the lights every time he leaves the room to see if the water closures are closed and the door is locked.
The guest is obliged to behave in the room and in the other rooms of the pension, including gardens so that there is no fire or other material damage to the property of the landlord.
In rooms and in all interiors it is forbidden to smoke. The smoking corner is behind the door in the garden.
From 22 am to 6 pm the guest behaves in such a way that he does not disturb the night's rest.
The landlord is not responsible for the things the guest has brought to the guest house.
The guest is fully responsible for possible damage to property on the accommodation.
The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these rules. In the event of a gross violation, the landlord has the right to withdraw from the accommodation agreement prior to the expiry of the agreed time.
Complaints of guests, suggestions for improvement of the accommodation activity, the facility is accepted by the landlord in written form or by e-mail via web interface.
Pricelist, reservation
In the case of long-term reservation of the rooms and especially during the expired dates (300.ZGH, TT, sculpture symposium, etc.), the landlord is entitled to request a reservation fee up to the total amount of the accommodation.
For accommodation and provided services the guest is obliged to pay the prices in accordance with the valid price list as a rule when starting a stay.
